  • Begin the day with a ritual of gratitude in the bed for five minutes
  • Breathe out slowly
  • Gently stretch every muscle in the body which you can stretch
  • Speak softly the names of people you love and who love you, then send them your blessings.
  •  Send kind wishes to people who you would prefer not to be with.
  • Thank God for letting you have this brief time for a ritual of gratitude.
