What Is Insulin-Wise-Eating?
“Insulin-Wise-Eating” is eating to prevent insulin toxicity, gut fermentation and premature aging. Specifically, it is eating to avoid loss of vigor due to sluggish metabolism, weight gain, undue tiredness, unhealthy skin and hair, hormonal imbalance, fatty liver, obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart attacks, kidney failure, memory loss, and immune and inflammatory diseases. You ask: How can insulin-smart eating can do all this? My simple answer: insulin is the minister of energy and metabolism to Oxygen King of the human body. I explain the mechanisms by which Insulin-Smart-Eating creates robust health and prevents all of these diseases later in this article.
